GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use by visitors, guests, and players ("Users" or "you") of the facilities, services, and amenities provided by Muckleleshoot Casino Resort ("MCR" or "we"). By accessing our website, using our services, or participating in any activity at MCR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

"You" means any individual who uses the facilities, services, or amenities provided by MCR.
"User" includes but is not limited to: customers, guests, players, patrons, and anyone else accessing our website or participating in activities at MCR.

AGE AND ELIGIBILITY
MCR's minimum age of entry for all gaming areas and hotel accommodations is 21 years old (18 years old for bingo). Users must be eligible to gamble and comply with U.S. federal law, including applicable state laws regulating gambling activities. By using our facilities or services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
USE OF FACILITIES AND SERVICES
Users are permitted to use MCR's facilities and services subject to the terms of this Agreement, applicable regulations, and policies established by management from time-to-time. All Users shall comply with all rules and procedures governing gaming activities, including those related to responsible gaming practices.
GUEST CONDUCT
MCR reserves the right to exclude or eject any User who fails to adhere to our house rules, engages in disorderly conduct, or participates in unlawful activity on property premises. MCR's security personnel have discretion to address such incidents and may contact local law enforcement as needed.
GAMING RULES AND RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
MCR strictly enforces all applicable gaming regulations, including laws regarding minimum age requirements for participation in gambling activities. Users are expected to gamble responsibly, manage their exposure to loss, and participate only within their means. MCR may provide links or literature addressing problem gaming support services.
RESPECT FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY AND ASSETS
MCR shall not be held liable for any losses or damage caused by User theft, loss, or unauthorized use of personal property (including but not limited to: valuables left unattended). Users are advised to secure their belongings at all times and utilize hotel safety deposit boxes as needed.
USE OF DATA AND INFORMATION
MCR collects certain information regarding user behavior on its website and through gaming activity participation for legitimate business purposes, including customer service improvements and targeted marketing efforts. MCR may disclose aggregated or de-identified data with third-party vendors engaged to provide such services.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MCR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users agree that their continued use of our facilities or services constitutes acceptance of amended terms and conditions.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration according to rules and procedures provided by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Services) in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. Section 1 et seq.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Washington State law as applicable to our business operations within that jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be heard exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located within King County, Washington.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
MCR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary damages or consequential losses (including but not limited to: economic loss due to gaming activity participation) resulting from any failure to comply with terms and conditions of this Agreement or arising out of your use of our facilities and services.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MCR regarding use of its facilities, services, and amenities, superseding all prior negotiations and understandings.
FORCE MAJEURE
MCR shall not be liable for failure to perform or observe any obligation hereunder due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to: natural disasters, equipment malfunctions, unexpected events).
AMENDMENTS AND INTERPRETATION
This Agreement may not be amended by User except as mutually agreed between MCR and the affected party in writing signed by both parties.
COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS
MCR is committed to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing gaming activities, including but not limited to: U.S. federal law (including state-specific requirements), Washington State Gaming Commission regulations, and other relevant authorities.

By using the facilities or services of Muckleleshoot Casino Resort, you acknowledge your understanding of these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
